Corporate Recruiter

Location: Salem, NH

Seeking a Corporate Recruiter who will work closely with the hiring managers and be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process in support of staffing initiatives company-wide.

Responsibilities include:
  • Upon approval to hire and in collaboration with the hiring manager, facilitate the recruiting of staff for the department
  • Using various cost-effective methods, source qualified candidates for each requisition
  • Identify most effective job boards and social media to recruit
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews in the process
  • Implement and maintain the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) through ioXpress
  • Handle the on-boarding program for all new hires
  • Manage the background check and drug screening process
  • Extend verbal and written employment offers
  • Manage mentoring programs
  • Maintain appropriate recruiting records
  • Oversee the annual internship program
  • Manage the employee referral program
  • Oversee and attend various college career fairs
  • Research pre-employment assessment tools
  • Coordinate all immigration related matters
Required skills and experience:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Three (3) plus years recruiting experience, preferably in the IT and engineering sectors
  • Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
