ioMosaic Corporation and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AICHE) Design Institute for Emergency Relief Systems (DIERS) Users Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) effective July 1, 2002 to adopt, promote, market and sell SuperChems^TM for DIERS software. SuperChems^TM for DIERS is an advanced software tool for designing emergency relief systems. Under the terms of the MOU, AIChE will market and sell the software.

The DIERS Users Group will provide technology leadership and work closely with ioMosaic Corporation to keep the software at the forefront of emergency relief design by providing critical algorithms, benchmarks, and case studies.
