Mr. Al-Awar is Vice President of ioMosaic’s international office in the Kingdom of Bahrain. As a seasoned industry professional with 30 years of experience, he excels in client satisfaction and overall operations. Mr. Al-Awar has led cross-functional teams of creative professionals in rendering qualitative service delivery, generating project sales, and identification and development of new markets. • Distinguished for setting up 14 clinics within 2 years in the USA as a part of business development/expansion initiative. Saved $3,475,000 through reduction of average cost of each clinic establishment by 44%.
• Undertook market/demographic studies for identification of markets for future clinics.
• Developed and implemented strategies aimed at retention and enhancement of existing market share in the GCC.
• Participated in selection of tools and medical systems, IT hardware/software systems, telecommunication (Nortel BCM 200 and 50 Systems), BMHC – Boston Medical Health Centre proprietary clinic management and billing system and other offices related products to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
