You may download, view, copy and print documents and graphics incorporated in Website ("Documents") subject to the following: (a) the Documents may be used solely for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes; (b) the Documents may not be modified or altered in any way; and (c) any software that you download from this Website is subject to the terms of a software license agreement, which you must read and accept prior to downloading. Any content viewed through our service and Website is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. All resources (videos, articles, papers, publications, other) and any information contained are copyrighted, propriety, and confidential in nature, belonging exclusively to ioMosaic Corporation. Any reproduction, circulation, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without the explicit written permission of ioMosaic.
Registrations (for training, website, event, demo, module, course, other) are non-transferrable. A registration is considered complete once payment is received and funds/transaction are confirmed. Enrollment will be granted within 72 business hours. Learners will be granted a one (1) year period from the time of enrollment to access the Process Safety Learning® platform and complete the training. After the one-year anniversary of the latest enrollment, access to the platform will expire.
To receive certification and earn the allotted CEUs and PDHs, learners need to successfully complete all training requirements, including but not limited to completing modules and passing assessments. Total available CEUs and PDHs to be earned are stated in each module and course description.
Access to training (module or course) will automatically be restricted after the one-year period. If the module or course is not completed within the one-year period, a learner will need to re-register for the module or course at the current registration price in order to complete the training.
Full refund (minus e-commerce and administrative fees) is allowed thirty (30) days prior to the workshop or training. Request to switch workshop/training date allowed with no less than fifteen (15) days before original workshop/training hosted, and if space is available.
ioMosaic online courses and modules, otherwise known as eLearning, are not eligible for refunds. The purchase of online training is final. Before purchasing, please ensure that you have selected the proper course, understand the technical requirements, and that you have appropriate online access.
ioMosaic reserves the right to cancel or postpone a live or virtual training program due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, ioMosaic will refund the registration fee but is not responsible for any travel or miscellaneous expenses. To request a refund, email marketing@iomosaic.com.
"Forum" means a discussion group, chat area, bulletin board, news group, letter to ioMosaic, its webmaster or employees or email function offered as part of the Website. You agree not to upload, email, post, publish or otherwise transmit through a Forum any content that: (a) is false or misleading; (b) is defamatory; (c) is harassing or invades another's privacy, or promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual; (d) is obscene; (e) infringes another's rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; (f) constitutes unsolicited bulk email, "junk mail," "spam" or chain letters; or (g) violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Forums shall be used in a noncommercial manner only. By uploading, emailing, posting, publishing or otherwise transmitting content to any Forum or submitting any content to ioMosaic, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) ioMosaic a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit and distribute such content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. In addition, you warrant that all moral rights in the content have been waived.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password(s) you are given to access the Website and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s). You agree to notify ioMosaic immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s).
